Privacy

We collect only what is needed to deliver the service you request: account details, order details and the documents you upload.

Documents are stored privately outside the public web root and can only be downloaded by you and authorised Taqdeemi staff after signing in.

For expiry reminders we store the document type, expiry date and at most the last 4 characters of a number — never full ID or passport numbers.

We do not sell data. We share documents only with the government channel or fulfilment partner needed to complete your order.

You can ask us to delete your account and documents at any time. We process personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection.
